Comprehensively restored with suspension upgrades, this is a fine example of the highly sought after 'last-of-the line' classic Mini Coopers. The final limited edition of the classic Mini Cooper was the Rover Mini Cooper Sport with around 2,200 built between March and October 2000. Externally they could be distinguished by their muscular stance with flared wheel arches and 13" sports alloy wheels, four spot lamps and Platinum-coloured roof and bonnet stripes. The 'Sport' also featured an updated interior with stylish nickel-silver and black leather trim, drilled and polished alloy door and window handles and a Sport dash in turned alloy silver and black finish.

This example is finished in Metallic British Racing Green (WNS) with a Platinum Silver cap (MNX) Ground-up restoration completed in 2018/19 including a comprehensive refurb of the bodywork and engine bay. Full engine rebuild and full mechanical check and overhaul as required. Recent enhancements include suspension upgrades (adjustable tie bars and Hi-Lo suspension) all completed by Jonathan Lewis at Snetterton Speed Shop. Always dry stored and having covered just 2,000 miles since completion, the Mini remains in superb order throughout. Just 2,091 right-hand drive Classic Cooper Sports were made from the last batch of production each with the unique SAXXNP chassis number.
