The world-famous Land Rover Defender can trace its roots back to the original Land Rover series that was launched at the Amsterdam Motor Show in April 1948. This range of four-wheel drive off-road vehicles enjoyed a build run of 67 years. Production finally ended on 29th January 2016 when the last Land Rover Defender rolled off the production line. During this impressive build run the specifications of both trim and engines changed but outwardly there was little to distinguish an early vehicle to the final car.

This handsome and practical hardtop version of the iconic four-wheel drive utility vehicle is fitted an impressive list of equipment. This includes black wheel arches, side steps, safari roof rack, extra lights, mudflaps, tow bar and a rear ladder. The look is enhanced with black sawtooth alloy wheels and black chequer plating to the bonnet. The practicality of this Land Rover is increased with the panelled rear section. Offered to auction with a V5C registration document and a current MoT test certificate, this is a great opportunity to purchase a piece of automotive history.
