Lamborghini created a lightweight variant called the LP560-4 'Superleggera,' which is the lightest version of the Gallardo ever made. Fitted with the 5.2-liter V10 engine driving all four wheels through a 6-speed E-gear automatic transmission. Equipped with a Superleggera-specific aerodynamic package, carbon-ceramic brakes with gray-finished calipers, an axle lift system, black-finished 19-inch forged aluminum wheels, an optional 'big' rear wing, carbon-fiber exterior and interior treatments, a backup camera and carbon-fiber bucket seats. The car is finished in Blu Caelum and features black side stripes with Superleggera script.

Additional features include a larger front air intake nostril when compared with the LP560-4, as well as a carbon-fiber rear decklid, rear diffuser, factory-optioned 'big' rear wing, mirror housings and side skirts. The forged 19-inch aluminum wheels are finished in black and wear 235/35 front and 295/30 rear Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires. The cabin features carbon-fiber bucket seats trimmed in black Alcantara with silver stitching and Superleggera embroidery on the outer bolsters.

Matching upholstery covers the dashboard and center stack, while additional appointments include carbon-fiber door panels and center console trim, dual-zone automatic climate control, an infotainment screen with backup camera display and navigation, and a fire extinguisher mounted behind the seats. Complete with a copy of the original Window Sticker and spare keys. The vehicle was just treated to a complete inspection and service at Lamborghini North Scottsdale, which also included the installation of four brand-new tires.
