This 2009 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500KR, sold new at Bill Currie Ford in Tampa, FL, is one of 712 produced for 2009 and one of 88 finished in Vista Blue with Silver stripes, the lowest production color. The GT500KR package, available for upfitting through Shelby America, added an SVT-tuned suspension, the Ford Racing Power Upgrade package, carbon-fiber body components and 18-inch Alcoa forged wheels. Powered by a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 engine producing 540hp paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. Additional performance enhancements include a short-throw shifter, 3.73:1 rear axle, limited-slip differential and unique suspension settings. Braking is handled by Brembo front calipers.
