This 2020 Ford Mustang GT Shelby Signature Edition Widebody is one of 50 examples produced by Shelby American for the model year. The car is powered by a supercharged 5.0-liter Coyote V8 engine mated to a 6-speed manual transmission with a limited-slip differential. The engine was modified by Shelby American with a polished Whipple supercharger, a performance air intake, a billet throttle-body and high-performance fuel injectors, along with a Shelby extreme cooling system, an aluminum heat exchanger, Shelby-branded engine caps and a Shelby-tuned Borla variable exhaust. The engine's output was rated at 825hp.

This vehicle is equipped with Shelby performance track handling suspension, a Shelby front brake and bearing air diverter cooling system. Stopping power is provided by red 6-piston front and 4-piston rear Brembo calipers squeezing slotted rotors. It is finished in JS-code Iconic Silver with painted white over-the-top racing stripes. It features a dual-intake Ram Air steel hood, widened aluminum front fenders with vents, a rear spoiler, tinted windows and a Shelby-specific grille, front splitter, rear diffuser, taillight panel and fascias. Shelby American completed the widebody and the full-body paint protection film to every exterior panel.

The cabin features heated and cooled front seats upholstered in black leather with perforated ribbed inserts and Carroll Shelby's signature embroidered into the backrests, Carroll Shelby-embroidered floor mats and Shelby-branded door sill plates. It is also equipped with a 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system, dual-zone automatic climate control, a Ford Performance short-throw shifter and a SYNC 3 touchscreen infotainment system with navigation.

This vehicle has a multifunction steering wheel that frames a 12-inch digital instrument cluster with a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7,400-rpm redline, and readouts for differential fluid temperature, cylinder-head temperature and inlet air temperature.
