The F-Series is a series of full-size pickup trucks from Ford Motor Company which have been sold continuously for over six decades. The most popular variant of the F-Series is the F-150. The F-Series Ford Pickup was the best-selling vehicle in the United States for 24 years.

For the 2004 model year the F-150 was redesigned on an all-new platform. Externally similar to its predecessor, the eleventh-generation wore sharper-edged styling. Then came the Limited Edition Ford F-150 Lightning as we have available here. This combined Pickup utility convenience with absolute Supercar performance combining the same engine from the Ford GT to propel this truck to 60mph in just 4.0seconds...

Supplied by Maroone Motors USA in 2004, this special order Slate Grey Lightning benefits from being fitted with a Paxton supercharger, SVT style wheels, air conditioning, stainless steel racing exhaust, custom stainless steel racing grille, alcantara and leather seats plus the engine has been re-mapped. The 5.4litre V8 engine emits 500bhp which, as stated before, is real supercar territory. However, very sensibly, this beast has also been fitted with an LPG fuel system so it returns a more manageable 40mpg.

Having travelled just 35,000miles, this utilitarian vehicle is offered with UK V5C, current MoT and is capable of many more miles of motoring ahead.
