A tastefully modified Series 2 RS Turbo in excellent condition and with low mileage. Whilst the Series 1 RS Turbo was built as a homologation car, the Series 2 brought a range of improvements suited to more typical road use. Changes included water cooling for the Garrett T3 turbocharger, introduction of mechanical ABS and longer gearing. This car was first registered in August 1989 with and is showing 45,720 miles. Modifications include genuine 17” RS Softline wheels, stainless exhaust system and dump valve. The history file includes two original handbooks along with invoices and an MOT from 2023 (45,167 miles) The car will be supplied with an MOT prior to the auction.
