  • Coachwork by Viotti
  • Engine no. 835738
  • 750cc OHV Inline 4-Cylinder engine
  • Single Carburetor
  • Approximately 25bhp at 4,500rpm
  • 4-Speed Manual Transmission
  • 4-Wheel Independent Suspension
  • 4-Wheel Drum brakes
  • Desirable and rare FIAT 'Seicento' by Carrozzeria Viotti
  • Singular ownership for more than 30 years
  • Offered with tools, jack and spare wheel

For the FIAT 600 platform, the Viotti-bodied model featured tasteful and elegant additions to the interior and exterior trim by the coachbuilder, as well a slightly different body shape. Styling cues include twin beltline moldings on each side, chrome-plated bumpers, and a louvered rear engine cover. Acquired by the consignor in Italy serval years ago, the Viotti-bodied FIAT 600 was imported to the United States in December 2019. Much restoration work has been carried out in recent years, including a repaint. The interior was refinished in 2020 and features two-tone light blue and ivory upholstery, gray carpets, and a blue-painted dash.

The suspension is the stock FIAT 600 layout and consists of transverse double-mounted leaf springs on the front and independent coil-over shocks the rear. 13-inch steel wheels are fitted with knock-off-style hubcaps and are mounted on 155/70 Firestone tires.

Finished in a charming 'Smurf Blue' exterior color, the Carrozzeria Viotti touches are swiftly apparent. Color scheme aside, the additional chrome trim and elegant custom grill give away that this is something different and special before the Viotti badges on the front fenders confirm one's suspicions. It does appear, that the engine has been replaced with another unit at some point in time. This fun, compact and enjoyable FIAT 600 Viotti Coupe is a fine vehicle on its own. Add in the addition of the rare, Viotti touches and this special example is one not to be missed. 'La Dolce Vita' on four wheels indeed.
