Unlike the screaming V12 in the LaFerrari, the SF90 Stradale uses a V8 engine supplemented by twin turbochargers and a trio of electric motors. One is for the crank-mounted MGU-K system, while two others power the front wheels for ultimate traction and balance. Despite the cylinder count deficit, the 4-liter hybrid V8 drivetrain makes an astounding 986 bhp combined – that's 769 from the internal combustion engine alone, and another 217 from the motors. Designed with the assistance of the engineering department's aerodynamicists, the SF90 Stradale can generate 860 lbs. of downforce at 155 mph.
