Having defined the Italian Gran Turismo with the famed 250 lineage, Ferrari has always maintained its authorship by occasionally refreshing the concept with such classics as the elegant 275 GTB and the lovely and powerful Daytona. As always, the drivetrain is central to this Ferrari’s character, matching its twin-turbocharged, 3.9L/612 HP flat-plane crank V-8 engine with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and the sophisticated E-DIFF 3 with Slip Angle Control (SSC) 6.0. Riding on Michelin tires on 20-inch alloy wheels, the Roma delivers superb handling and braking with input from programmable Magneride dual-mode suspension and 4-wheel disc brakes with gold-painted calipers.
