This 1967 Dodge Dart GT was built for a head-to-head, winner-takes-all grudge match when Gas Monkey Garage was called out to bring their best to the test. Not only did Gas Monkey Garage bring it, they took it all handily beating the other guys on a level playing field. Both teams were challenged to use the 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat engine to create a formidable challenger for a head-to-head drag race at the Silverdome in Detroit. This race is documented on the hit show Fast N' Loud. The exterior was kept as stock and original as possible to obtain a true sleeper. After suspension, chassis and safety equipment were installed to ensure that the 'Shart Cat' could handle over 700hp, the attention turned to installing the Hellcat power plant. And the rest is history.
