The Charger R/T’s return in the 21st century was well-heralded, as the new model birthed from the need for a four-door sports sedan allowed the stylists to pick on some classic cues like the inset hood and door stampings. The example here is from 2013 and is a Daytona Edition in a black-on-black theme that shows just 11,144 miles. One of 2,500 built that year with this package, this car also carried on the legacy under the hood with its 5.7L/370 HP Hemi V-8 engine. The automatic transmission is there behind it, and 4-wheel power disc brakes are on tap to slow the Daytona down.
The black paint with black graphics is carried on into the interior, and trim there included the blue-piping on the Daytona bucket seats, metal floor pedals, power sunroof, air conditioning, AM/FM/CD stereo with LCD screen, and power windows, locks and mirrors.
