This 2022 Chevrolet Camaro Yenko/SC Stage II is a Specialty Vehicle Engineering (SVE) Limited Edition, No. 50 of 50, and is powered by a Stage 2 engine that delivers 1,100hp with 910 ft/lbs of torque and features a blueprinted LT1 aluminum block. The engine is equipped with a computer-balanced race-quality rotating assembly, including a forged 4340 steel crankshaft, H-beam steel rods and forged aluminum pistons.
It also includes CNC-ported high-flow LT4-cylinder heads with an ARP high-strength head and main studs, a custom supercharger with a 10-rib dedicated belt drive system utilizing an upgraded fuel system and injectors, a larger throttle body and custom stainless-steel headers with high-flow cats. Based on the SS 1LE with a manual transmission, the 2022 Yenko/SC 1,100hp Stage 2 Camaro includes all the performance features the 1LE offers in order to properly balance the power of the supercharged engine. This example also features Magnetic Ride Control, electronic limited-slip differential, and performance-tuned suspension with unique bushings, springs and stabilizer bars.
The engine is cooled by a heavy-duty cooling system, including an engine oil cooler, dual outboard radiators, transmission cooler and a rear differential cooler. The functional 1LE front splitter helps reduce nose lift and the rear spoiler keeps the rear end firmly planted at higher speeds. This Camaro is finished in Riverside Blue Metallic with Yenko side stripes and a color-matched carbon-fiber hood with an exposed carbon-fiber hood scoop that blends with its lines. The interior features Recaro performance seats and displays the Yenko trademark and crest power badge throughout, including on the embroidered floor mats and headrest logos.
