This Stage II 1000hp Yenko Camaro is badged as #17 of 25, and verified as the last Yenko to roll off the Specialty Vehicle Engineering line in 2018. It’s the only example of a white with red stripes car produced in 2018. This Yenko is equipped with a Stage II Package, which includes a 1000hp LT1 V8 engine stroked to 416ci with a forged 4340 steel crankshaft, forged H-beam connecting rods and forged aluminum pistons. The engine also uses the cylinder heads from an LT4 V8, which are CNC-ported for increased displacement, along with a matching red high-output supercharger.
The 1000hp performance-tuned engine sits beneath a color-matched carbon-fiber cowl hood, fed by an upgraded fuel system and injectors, and matched to a 6-speed manual transmission. It is finished in Summit White paint over a black interior with red headrest stitching. It is equipped with upgraded matching red Yenko brake calipers inside 20-inch custom Yenko wheels. Custom stainless-steel long tube headers with high-flow cats give this Yenko a great sound in all three exhaust modes, which are controlled by the touch of button. Yenko badging is prominent yet very tasteful on the rear spoiler and deck, door sills, hood, grille, engine bay and with the interior of the car.
Along with the builder's signature under the hood, printed documentation proves it as the final assembly of 2018. With only 171 actual miles, this Yenko has spent its entire life in a climate-controlled garage in southwestern Virginia as a one-owner car.
