The Regal Cielo is an open-air concept car based on the Buick Regal. Features of the Cielo include retractable hard roof panels with sevral open-air configuraions, distinctive two-tone Pearlescent Platinum three-coat paint scheme, special 17' wheels and tires, Baer racing brakes, special lower rocker cladding, specific body color grille with air intakes for cooling front brake discs, Regal Cielo embroidered badging on front door panels, Cielo badging on right tail lamp, stinger spoiler across tailing edge of trunk lid and chrome exhaust tips.
