Finished in Salmon Silver Metallic, this 1988 BMW M3 is powered by a DOHC 2.3-liter S14 4-cylinder engine factory-rated at 192hp and 170 ft/lbs of torque, backed by a 5-speed manual transmission with a limited-slip differential. It is equipped with four-wheel disc brakes with cross-drilled rotors and fog lights. It rides on 15-inch OEM BBS E30 M3 wheels with Kumho Ecsta tires. The black leather interior features an electric sunroof, sports seats, cruise control, a 13-button onboard computer, air conditioning and a BMW cassette stereo.
This M3 receive a complete tuneup in 2020, as well as a service in 2021 that included the installation of a replacement brake master cylinder, brake fluid changed, coolant changed, expansion tank replaced, oil change, some of the exhaust hangers replaced and repair to the instrument cluster. A brand-new battery was installed in 2024. It also received a full service, including replacing air and fuel filters, repaired/replaced control arms, bushings, front and rear struts, sway bars, spark plugs, power steering reservoir and brake flush. The air-conditioning compressor bracket was rebuilt at a cost of $8,400 in May 2024. CARFAX shows potential odometer rollback on 07/10/2010.
