This 2012 BMW Alpina B7 xDrive is powered by a hand-built twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 engine rated at 500hp and 516 ft/lbs of torque. It features reinforced cylinder heads, Mahle pistons, larger Honeywell turbochargers, revised ECU tuning and an Alpina-tuned exhaust system. Power is sent to all four wheels through the xDrive all-wheel-drive system and a 6-speed Alpina Switch-Tronic automatic transmission. Finished in Alpina Blue Metallic over Oyster Nappa leather, this example is configured with Alpina-specific details, including 20-inch 20-spoke wheels, Alpina badging, and an aerodynamic kit with front and rear spoilers.
The interior features 20-way active multi-contour front seats with heating and ventilation, heated rear seats, a heated multifunction steering wheel, premium sound system, automatic climate control, Comfort Access keyless entry, power rear sunshades, blue Alpina gauges, “B7” logo door sills, ceramic controls, a head-up display and ambiance lighting. Additional options include adaptive LED headlights, LED fog lights and Shadowline trim.
