This model needs no introduction representing as it does one of the most well-known classics on the market today. Indeed, this represents a particularly special example, being, as it is, the last year of E30 production for BMW. There is much to say here but, importantly, it represents an extremely original example especially as the last owner kept it for over 19 years. With factory 15” BBS alloy wheels shod with Uniroyal 205/55s all round, included is the original five-speed manual gearbox with factory spoilers front & rear.
The matching blue convertible top is in superb condition which has been converted to manual operation as is often the preference on these cars as the hydraulic systems often fail. The boot carries the correct first aid kit, warning triangle and fold-down toolkit and spare full-sized alloy wheel and earlier this year, new discs & pads were fitted along with suspension arms and BMW-supplied radiator. Not only this but the underside has been undersealed complete with all necessary preparation.
The interior benefits from a full Silver-Grey leather contoured Recaro’s fitted and the owner’s pack & service book benefits from 14 stamps and many more invoices supplied not to mention a fresh MoT test certificate. This all re-enforces the integrity of this example especially as this classic Glacier-Blue E30 is offered without reserve and should deservedly generate much interest amongst collectors and enthusiasts.
