Strange Brake Failure on a Nearly New Porsche GT3 RS at Dubai Autodrome

Something very strange happened at Dubai Autodrome during a track session. It wasn’t my car — this happened to another Porsche GT3 RS on the track.

The brakes suddenly locked up completely. No warning lights, no errors, nothing unusual beforehand. The car is almost new with around 2,300 km on the clock, fully stock and in perfect condition.

During the lap, the brakes just grabbed out of nowhere, as if they seized instantly. The driver had to pull off the track immediately. It’s a really strange and unexpected situation for a GT3 RS with such low mileage.

Has this ever happened to you? Anyone experienced something similar with a Porsche or other track-focused cars? Would love to hear your thoughts.
