DEIZ GARAGE successfully realized an exceptionally complex, bespoke wrapping project for a Tesla Cybertruck, featuring an elaborate Arabic calligraphy design executed through a multi-layer vinyl process.

To achieve the desired visual impact and durability, we employed a combination of premium vinyl films from Avery Dennison and Hexis. These materials were chosen for their excellent printability, color fidelity, and ability to withstand application in multiple layers without compromising adhesion or clarity. The core of the project involved meticulous handcraftsmanship: after the base color was applied, each component of the calligraphic pattern was individually hand-cut, weeded, and precisely aligned on the vehicle’s surface, a process demanding extreme patience and a steady hand.

The installation, due to its intricate nature, extended over a period of several weeks. This allowed our team to maintain absolute accuracy in alignment and consistency in finish across every panel, ensuring the design flowed seamlessly from one surface to the next.
