So, I’ve been driving the Volkswagen ID.4 2023 for six months now, and I want to share my experience living with it here in Dubai.

First, it’s perfect for our city. Driving on Sheikh Zayed Road is smooth and quiet because it’s an electric car. The acceleration is amazing for merging into fast traffic. For daily trips to Dubai Mall or Marina, its size is just right – not too big, so parking is surprisingly easy. I feel it looks modern and stylish on the road, and people often give it a second look; it’s a cool, understated car, not for showing off, but for smart people.

The best part? The air conditioner is super powerful. It cools the car in minutes, even in 45°C heat. It’s also very comfortable in traffic jams and on long trips to Abu Dhabi.

Now, the costs. I save so much money because there’s no petrol! Charging is cheap, and insurance is normal. Maintenance is simple and not expensive.

The only small minus is that I wouldn’t take it deep into the desert; it’s not for serious dune bashing. But for a city and highway car, it’s fantastic. It’s ideal for young professionals or a small family who want a comfortable, modern, and economical car for Dubai life. I totally recommend it
