This 1941 Willys 'classic gasser' is a tribute to Jr. Thompson, a legendary drag racer from Southern California. Jr. has signed the dash of this Willys. This Willys features a 392cid HEMI topped off with a Littlefield supercharger and Hilborn electronic fuel injection. Power runs through a 727 TorqueFlite transmission. The foundation is a Stage III 2'x3' tubular powdercoated frame with 4-link rear coilover suspension. Power disc brakes are featured on all four corners. This Willys rides on vintage magnesium Halibrand mag wheels with M & H Racemasters in the rear and features a rear stainless steel custom bumper. This ride is tuned for the street and runs on pump gas.
