This custom 1962 Willys Jeep Pickup is powered by a Ford 302ci V8 engine that was installed in the summer of 1986, replacing the original engine. The truck was used as a farm vehicle until 1986, at which time the drivetrain update was completed along with a repaint of the exterior. The interior was also updated at that time and finished in a blue-and-white color scheme. Outside of the engine replacement, exterior refinish and interior update, the truck remains largely in its original configuration, retaining the fundamental design and character of the Willys Jeep Truck produced by Willys-Overland Motors from 1947 through 1965.
