This right-hand-drive 1997 Lotus Elise convertible is built on a bonded aluminum chassis that is both lightweight and rigid, setting the foundation for the car's mechanical performance. It is powered by a 1.8-liter inline-4 engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission, delivering power through a rear-wheel-drive setup. The engine features a double overhead camshaft (DOHC) configuration with 16 valves and can produce around 118hp. The suspension system consists of double wishbones at both the front and rear, combined with coilover dampers. The braking system features ventilated disc brakes on all four wheels. Additionally, this Elise is equipped with a manual steering rack.

The sale includes a copy of Certificate of Provenance stating this vehicle is No. 355 of 761 built this year.
