Jaguar cars today are designed in Jaguar Land Rover's engineering centres at the Whitley plant in Coventry and at their Gaydon site in Warwickshire with manufacturing in the Castle Bromwich assembly plant in Birmingham. The Jaguar XK series was introduced at the Geneva Motor Show on 5th March 1996 with the first generation of the series, the XK8, replacing the XJS and available as a coupé and convertible. It was the first eight-cylinder vehicle produced since the Daimler 250. The XK8 came with 17" alloy wheels, leather interior, air conditioning, burr walnut trim and side airbags as standard. Offered here is a remarkable example of Jaguar’s replacement to the XJS.

Having covered a mere 9,902 miles, it must surely be a contender for the lowest mileage XK8 in existence. Presented in Antiqua Blue with cream leather interior, the car’s impressive service history book is stamped throughout with only a gap between 2011 and 2014,(although the car was still MoT tested each year), during which time it only covered just over 1,500 miles. The car is in incredible condition throughout and presents like new.
