This 1970 Jaguar E-Type 4.2-liter Fixed Head Coupe offered here is a true original example of perhaps the most recognizable Jaguar to date. The car was originally purchased new in 1971 and enjoyed by the late, famed Los Angeles-based architect Edward H. Fickett of Beverly Hills, California. Mr. Fickett, known for his many prodigious works of architecture, garaged the E-Type in 1990 with only 11,254 miles on the odometer and today it reflects this virtual time-warp originality and condition. Upon recent inspection the E-type’s coachwork appeared all-original throughout and showing a lovely patina matched by the correct original interior.

With little-to-no rust present, the Jaguar remains an ideal restoration candidate and is in need a mechanical and cosmetic re-conditioning prior to any road use. This is a unique opportunity to carry on the legacy of this single owner E-Type Fixed Head Coupe.
