This 2002 Honda S2000 convertible has a clean CARFAX history, and all the serial-numbered body panels are intact. The odometer reads 11,037 miles (the title reads mileage exempt). Everything on this car is original except for the Honda stock air filter, which was upgraded to a K&N air filter. The original-equipped Honda air filter is included. The exterior has one small stone chip located on the front hood, one on the right front fender, and a chip on the edge of driver's door panel. All can be easily restored. Minor curb rash on the right alloy rims. The exterior paint is otherwise in excellent condition, presented in the popular Spa Yellow Pearl color that covered 1,110 S2000s in 2002.

It is powered by the naturally aspirated original stock 2.0-liter DOHC (dual overhead-cam) VTEC engine that revs to 9,000 rpm and produces a factory-rated 240hp. This engine is backed by a 6-speed manual transmission, which was the only transmission choice of the entire S2000 production run from 1999 to 2009. The Honda is equipped with standard air conditioning and an AM/FM/CD radio, which has a remote control on the left side of the instrument panel. The leather interior is in excellent condition with no sign of wear; the same goes for the original black cloth top. The seats provide good comfort and support. The top is tight without wind noise and seats easily onto the windshield header.

The top has a glass rear window, which was new to the model in 2002. All glass and plastic lens coverings are clear and undamaged.
