Larry Shinoda, the famous Corvette designer, was hired to design them and modifications include removable targa top by ASC, Hot Licks Red PPG paint, Boyd Coddington wheels, Recaro seats, Sony sound system, Borla exhaust, MOMO steering wheel, Prompaq performance computer, Simpson racing harnesses, Goodyear Eagle GSC tires, Bell Tech suspension, Guidon tonneau cover and power rear window.
