Wearing hot pink, race-worn No.17 National Breast Cancer Foundation Inc. bodywork from Matt Kenseth’s 2012 big win at Talladega, this Ford Fusion has been donated by the seller with proceeds to benefit the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Kenseth’s win in Roush Fenway Racing Chassis No. RK-793 at Talladega that October marked his second-to-last victory with Roush Fenway Racing. The car was preserved in honor of this victory and is being sold as a static rolling vehicle, and therefore does not host a powertrain—but it does include a majority of the racing equipment.
Inside, RK-793 retains its Momo steering wheel, SFI Foundation-approved racing seat, custom-installed dash and switch paneling, a Schroth racing harness, a fire suppression system, superspeedway interior bracing, and 4-wheel disc brakes with slotted rotors and AP Racing front calipers. Riding on 15-inch steel wheels and Goodyear Eagle radial race tires labeled for Talladega, this Ford shows off the heritage of this victory down to its high-speed patina—and for a great cause.
