It has a rust-free Crown Victoria body that was grafted to a 1996 Lincoln Mark VIII chassis with 17,000 miles since its completion. It’s powered by a 4.6-liter V8 engine with a 4-speed automatic transmission. This Crown Vic features full leather interior, 4-wheel independent air ride suspension, air conditioning, and power front windows, steering and disc brakes.
