Vendue neuve en décembre 1979 à Düsseldorf, en Allemagne, elle était de couleur "Rosso Chiaro" avec sellerie en cuir noir et inserts rouges.

C'est en 2012 que notre collectionneur en a fait l'acquisition et, peu après, il a soumis cette Ferrari 512 BB à un passage au banc d'essai, ce qui a permis de mesurer une puissance de plus de 350 ch à 3 450 tr/mn. On imagine les accélérations particulièrement vigoureuses qu'entraîne un tel chiffre! En 2018, le propriétaire a fait procéder à une révision par son mécanicien personnel. Aujourd'hui, cette voiture affiche 31 844 km et se présente dans un état superbe, avec son moteur et sa boîte de vitesses d'origine (donc "matching numbers").

La couleur de carrosserie est elle aussi d'origine et les sièges semblent l'être également, seuls les inserts rouges ayant laissé place à des éléments noirs. Cette belle 512 BB est vendue avec son cric, son classeur de certification et sa pochette contenant des manuels récents. Cette brillante berlinette Ferrari à moteur central, qui porte la griffe Pininfarina, fera le bonheur de tout amateur friand de conduite sportive et de puissance bien maîtrisée.

Sold new in December 1979 in Düsseldorf, Germany, it was finished in 'Rosso Chiaro' with black leather upholstery with red inserts. Our client acquired the car in 2012 and had the Ferrari 512 BB dyno-tested shortly afterwards: it recorded a power output of over 350 bhp at 3450 rpm. It is easy to imagine the particularly vigorous acceleration resulting from this figure!

In 2018, the owner had the car serviced by his personal mechanic. Today, the car shows 31,844 km on the odometer and is in superb condition, with its original engine and gearbox (i.e. 'matching numbers'). The body is also in its original colour, while the seats likewise appear original, only the red inserts having been replaced by black items. This lovely 512 BB will be sold with its jack, certification binder and document wallet containing recent manuals.
