This 1937 Dodge half-ton pickup is powered by the original flathead inline-6 engine backed by the factory 3-speed transmission. This fore-point series steel-bodied pickup was a redesign in 1936, when the front axle and engine were both placed further forward, giving the cab a larger usable space and also increasing cargo space. This pickup has both front and rear original chrome bumpers, along with chrome trim moldings on the left and right side of the chrome grille that is connected to the original chrome Ram hood ornament. The pickup is rolling on stock rims with the original dog-dish caps and beauty rings, running on Firestone 3-inch whitewall tires, and a full-size spare tire is mounted on the passenger side. The interior has been newly updated with brown upholstery.
