قطعت هذه الإل كامينو شوطًا طويلًا منذ أن كانت مركبة عمل في عام 1964. بدأ ترميمها عام 1998. وهي الآن مزودة بنظام تعليق هوائي من Air Ride Technologies، مع تحكم مستقل قابل للتعديل في الأمام والخلف، بحيث يمكن خفضها للعرض أو رفعها إلى ارتفاع أكثر ملاءمة للقيادة على الطرق. وقد وُضعت جميع التجهيزات بشكل عملي في «صندوق المهربين»، مع وصلة هواء خارجية تحت غطاء المحرك للتعبئة اليدوية عند الحاجة. تعمل بمحرك صغير الكتلة سعة 283 بوصة مكعبة، مع عادم جانبي مُعدّل ليخرج أمام الإطارات الخلفية. ناقل حركة Turbo 350 مع ناقل تعشيق بالسقاطة. طلاء Porsche Guards Red مع خطوط سوداء على طراز SS، تبرزها طبقة أساس رمادية خاصة تمنح اللون درجة فريدة.

عجلات American Racing ذات خمسة أذرع، بقياس 17 بوصة ومواصفات متطابقة للأمام والخلف، تبرز طابع الحقبة وتناسب السيارة تمامًا. عناية فائقة بالتفاصيل من الأعلى إلى الأسفل ومن الأمام إلى الخلف. أمضت السيارة معظم عمرها في مونتانا وواشنطن، في شمال غرب الولايات المتحدة. توجد إيصالات موثقة بأكثر من 38,000 دولار لأعمال الترميم.
