DEIZ GARAGE completed a full custom forged carbon body kit project for the Rolls-Royce Spectre, delivering a bespoke exterior solution engineered to the highest luxury and performance standards. Given the exclusivity of the Spectre platform, the project required a complete in-house development process with zero use of off-the-shelf components.

The work began with original body kit design and high-accuracy 3D scanning, allowing precise digital modeling of all exterior elements. This ensured perfect fitment, correct geometry, and seamless integration with factory body panels.

After the design stage, CNC-machined master models and molds were produced to support composite manufacturing. Each body kit component was then manufactured using hand-laid forged carbon, with strict control over fiber orientation and visual consistency.

Vacuum infusion technology was used to achieve superior strength, structural stability, and long-term durability. High-quality resins were selected to prevent discoloration, UV damage, and thermal degradation, ensuring the forged carbon maintains its appearance and performance over time.
