A Brabus G-Class was brought to DEIZ GARAGE with a request for a quick Stage 1 tune. As with any performance upgrade, the correct approach began with a full diagnostic check to ensure the vehicle was mechanically and electronically sound.

Initial inspection revealed multiple fault codes and signs of improper previous work, primarily affecting the cooling system and electrical wiring. These issues caused elevated intake temperatures, inconsistent power delivery, and increased thermal stress under load.

Further checks identified restricted radiator airflow due to incorrect number plate placement, reducing cooling efficiency during sustained driving.

Before any tuning was applied, all systems were restored to factory specification and validated through live data logging. Only after confirming stable operating conditions was the vehicle prepared for Stage 1 calibration, ensuring safe, consistent, and reliable results.
