Any 911 from the modern era is a superb car. The Turbo takes it to another level. But go beyond that, to the Turbo S, and you move into stratospheric arenas of performance, technology and sophistication. With a twin turbo 3.8L engine, all-wheel drive, rear wheel steer and active engine mounts, the Turbo S can cover distance cross country like nothing else, whilst offering everyday usability.
The Turbo S will get you from 0-60 in a claimed 2.9 seconds but as often the case for Porsche, this figure is conservative. Evo magazine achieved 2.6 seconds. Down to the all-wheel drive, lack of turbo lag, PDK gearbox and launch control. Flat out, it will reach an amazing 205mph, but almost more remarkably cover 50-75mph in only 1.8 seconds. As they say, performance is “sufficient”. A supercar that can be used week in, week out.
This car is a 2017 991.2 Turbo S, first registered in October 2017. It has had just the one owner from new. Serviced three times since new with the supplying main dealer, and most latterly in August 2024, so not requiring further routine attention for another 18 months. The car has covered just 14,767 warranted miles since new, around 2,000 miles a year, the car has seen little use. Finished in the superb special order historic racing Gulf blue that really shows off the sleek but muscular silhouette, this car comes with the following options, a huge list in addition to the outstanding Turbo S standard spec, which already includes most of the Porsche catalogue.
