Fully documented one of one Mercury with Marti Report and binder with records. 1-owner car. The Marti Report indicates this as one of only 16 special paint Mercury Colony Park 4-door station wagons with a 460-4V engine for that year. Four of those 16 had tan interior and the Grand Marquis trim option. One car, this car, had cargo load floor carpet, hence it is a one of one. The color code on the door tag is blank, indicating that it is a special painted car. Car special ordered in Ohio and relocated to AZ in 1977. It was requested that the dealer paint the hubcaps to match. Car is an mostly original and well-maintained.

Includes original Ohio title, original odometer statement, warranty tag, consumer information sheet, warranty booklet, 1977 AZ title, years of registration and smog tests, owner's manual, radio manual and maintenance receipts. 460cid 4-barrel V8, C6 automatic transmission, Trak Lok differential, speed control, AM/FM radio with 8-Track, intermittent wipers, rear window defrost, air conditioning, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, power seats and Vogue tires. Interior is original. No stains on the carpet. Leather appears untouched except the driver's seat. The vinyl headliner is in excellent condition with minor imperfections. There are two cracks on the dash pad.

Mobil 1 was used and changed the oil, oil filter and air filter three times per year. New fuel pump. The headlight doors open and close properly. Both front windows, as well as the rear window function properly. The exterior woodgrain vinyl was poorly faded and cracked when purchased from original owner. A gel stain was used to darken it so it looks better, but it is not perfect.
