While the new W222-series S-Class sedan was already a fabulous performer upon introduction in 2015, the engineering wizards at Mercedes-Benz’s legendary AMG division turned the amp “up to 11” with the Mercedes-Benz AMG S65. Power is delivered by the Mercedes-Benz M279 E 60 AL engine: a 6.0L twin-turbo V-12 powerplant rated at 621 HP and 738 lb-ft of torque that drives the rear wheels via a 7-speed “SPEEDSHIFT” automatic transmission. Offering stunning levels of performance, luxury and opportunities for uncommon personalization, the W222-generation Mercedes-Benz AMG S65 was produced through 2019.
Visually stunning in its Designo Diamond White Metallic exterior finish, this 2019 Mercedes-Benz AMG S65 features a panoramic roof and beautifully appointed Silk Beige and Espresso Brown Nappa leather interior.
