The Mercedes-Benz C-Class (W204) is the third generation of the C-Class and was introduced on 18th January 2007 at the Geneva Motor Show. The C63 AMG is reportedly the first AMG-Mercedes designed from the ground-up. Its AMG C-Class predecessors had essentially featured bolt on performance modifications, and according to Car and Driver these earlier AMG models suffered from understeer and heavy steering. The C63 AMG has a revised front suspension that is shared with the CLK 63 AMG Black Series. The C63 AMG also has the quickest, most responsive steering of any Mercedes automobile to date. The Mercedes-Benz M156 engine, provides the C63 AMG with more horsepower and torque over its direct rivals such as the Audi RS4 and BMW M3, offering a 0-60mph time of 3.9 seconds.
First registered on 5th December 2010 and described as an unmissable opportunity to buy a collector grade 2010 Mercedes Benz C63 AMG. Presented in rare Designo Palladium Silver, this example has covered just 37,000 miles from new tallied with a full Mercedes-Benz main dealer history, aside from one which was undertaken by industry specialists MSL Performance. As a late 2010 car, it was one of the final examples of the adored pre-facelift version, coupled to it being a later build it has the stronger head bolts and additional engine upgrades from factory. This car remains in its as built factory specification as it has not been modified in any way.
Factory optional extras include Designo paint, rear view camera, memory package including seats and mirrors, voice control and illuminated door sills. Being a full AMG car it also comes equipped with standard features such as cruise control, fully electric heated seats, DAB radio, Bluetooth, multi zone climate controls, auto lights, auto wipers, auto dimming interior and exterior mirrors. The most recent service was carried out by Mercedes Benz of Coventry (main dealer) in December 2024 who also carried out a MoT test certificate which is valid until 13th December 2025 with no advisories.
A testament to how well this car has been maintained our vendor states it drives perfectly and sounds spectacular. Recent work includes the fitment of Michelin Pilot Sports together with discs and pads all round which were all changed in 2024 leaving this as a collector car which can be ultimately enjoyed immediately, boasting one of the all-time great engines, last of the naturally aspirated V8 piece and the best sounding V8 of all time, once described by Jeremy Clarkson as an Axe murderer with headlights!.
