This 2012 McLaren MP4-12C in Supernova Silver Metallic is a 14,940-actual-mile.The 12C accelerates from 0-60 mph in 2.8 seconds, does the quarter-mile in 10.8 seconds, and has a top speed of 218 mph. Power is delivered by a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 620hp and 443 ft/lbs of torque, paired to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic Seamless Shift gearbox.
