This 2015 McLaren 650 Spider has more than $143,000 in upgrades, starting with the 3.8-liter V8 engine, and was built perform. Starting with the engine, the catalytic converters were replaced with race-grade cats, straight exhaust through a reworked rear fairing. It has a modified ECU with high-flow air filters and improved intake. The engine is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission upgraded with a limited-slip differential, race clutch and axles. On the body, there's a P1-style hood to cool the added front radiator. A larger carbon-fiber diffuser was installed, as well as a 675 LT-style front bumper, carbon side skirts, splitter and larger wing to double the downforce at speed.

The car was lowered one inch and a front skid plate was added. Carbotech high-performance brake pads were installed, as well as racing grade brake fluid. Top grade oil and fluids were used throughout. For added safety, a four-point roll bar and six-point belts were installed. A pair of McLaren carbon-fiber race bucket seats were also installed, further reducing weight. To keep everything cool, a methanol injection system, clutch and transmission cooler, update heat exchangers and the P1 heat exchanger were all added to the package. Manifold and turbo blankets were also installed.

The car comes with the Michelin Cup 2 tires and wheels currently installed, as well as the McLaren 10-spoke lightweight wheels that were originally on the car. Another set of forged T6 aluminum wheels with Michelin slicks area also included. All body and engine parts that were replaced with upgrades are also included. This McLaren has 10,785 actual miles.
