Completely original matching numbers 1971 Lincoln Continental Mark III never restored with factory air. This is the last year of the Mark III production. Originally ordered in the Los Angeles, CA district DSO, this Mark III comes finished in its original color of Light Green which was accented with a white vinyl roof. The original vinyl top shows no signs of bubbling underneath or tears to the vinyl. Both front and rear chrome bumpers still shine bright. All of the glass is in good condition, with no chips or cracks to be found. The doors, trunk and hood shut perfectly with the right amount of panel gap.
The dark green cloth and vinyl combination seats, carpet door panels, headliner and the rest of the interior of the car is in incredible condition showing no signs of wear. The original matching numbers 460cid, 365hp V8 runs like a dream. It is bolted up to the original matching numbers C6 automatic transmission. Nothing on the drivetrain has been modified in any way. It is equipped with power steering and SureTrak anti-lock power brakes. The car sits up on a set of 15" wheels with Continental hubcaps that are wrapped in P225/75R15 tires. This fantastic 1971 Lincoln Continental Mark III is in great running and driving condition.
