“The Continental life is a way of living.” Recognized because it is a four-door convertible with a dynamic design, graceful contours and is fitted with rear suicide rear doors, making this car America's largest convertible in the 1960s.

Only on its second owner since new, it is said to be original with full documentation and owner’s handbook with the salesmen’s signature from when it was delivered to its first owner on November 1, 1966 in Seattle Washington. The name plaque of the original owner is still on the dashboard next to the Lincoln emblem.

This convertible sedan has been maintained road-worthy over the years. It has recently been fitted with new tires, new convertible top, new hydraulic lines for the top and decklid, new brakes and master cylinder. Everything on the car is said to be in good functioning order. The transmission has just been serviced and flushed with a new filter and modulator. The engine has just been given a tune up with new spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor and condenser. The carburetor has recently been rebuilt and is fueled by a new Carter fuel pump. The interior is presented in great shape with only a small heat crack on the dashboard. It is still fitted with the original radio and the power antenna is still in working order.

The current owner bought the car in 1983 and only shows 37,900 miles on the odometer. It is said to drive like it’s a brand new car. The next owner will be able to start this car and receive immediate satisfaction from this iconic American convertible.
