This custom 1995 Land Rover Defender 90 is powered by a 2.5-liter diesel engine paired with a 4-speed manual transmission and features right-hand drive. This Resto-Mod build underwent a body-up restoration and has been fully customized, beginning with a professionally applied full-body wrap in a custom camouflage design. The black exterior trim has been refinished in black textured spray liner. It features a new one-off custom top with a matching tonneau cover and gas cap cover, all crafted in Toast-colored marine-grade Sunbrella fabric.
The rear cargo area includes custom-built bench seats over a freshly coated spray liner, complemented by a hand-built wood floor extending into the tailgate. The stained, sealed and clear-coated wood enhances both durability and visual appeal. The cabin has been fully refinished, including Brazilian leather seats, door inserts and a hand-built custom center console with a matching armrest. The interior floor and cab are trimmed in Dorsett black classic automotive loop restoration carpet, while the factory dashboard has been hand-upholstered in two-tone beige with black stitching.
A new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system offers Apple CarPlay and Android compatibility and includes a backup camera. Sound is provided by a pair of new 6.5-inch two-way speakers. The custom top includes a roll-up rear window with hidden straps for a seamless appearance. Both doors have been upgraded with manual window slides. Every component from the doors up has been removed, cleaned, replaced or customized as part of the build. The vehicle was imported from the U.K. to Florida and underwent a rigorous mechanical inspection to ensure all systems are fully functional. The seller states the car has a battery kill switch on the passenger side.
