This custom Jeep JK 4-door Wrangler has been completely customized from top to bottom, inside and out. Built for Truck Hero for the 2016 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, the Jeep was shipped to KAO Autostyling as a completely stock Jeep. The vehicle was dismantled by a team of professional Jeep builders and stripped down to a skeleton. The hood, doors, fenders and top were removed from the outside and the entire interior was stripped out of the vehicle. The customizing began: A Fibernetics Hell Cat Ram-Air hood with rugged ridge hinges was installed and cage doors from Rugged Ridge with gun holsters and ammo bags replaced the factory doors.

One-of-a-kind custom-built aluminum fender flares replaced the basic plastic fender flares and gave ample clearance for the 24x12' Forgiato wheels with 37' Kumho Mud Terrain tires. The grille has been replaced with a custom grill by N-Fab along with the Undercover Nighthawk eyebrow, front bumper is a custom one off N-Fab bumper with 9' high powered Rigid Industries LED lights and 10,000-lb winch. The rear bumper is also an N-Fab custom with skid plate and pre runner side bars. The Jeep is lifted 7 ½' with a BDS long-travel suspension system with Fox Racing shocks on all four corners and a matching dual-shock steering stabilizer.

The interior had the carpet replaced with a waterproof nylon floor liner system from BedRug and the seats are wrapped in custom red leather from Katzkin interiors. Other features include Borla exhaust system, Rigid headlights, Rugged Ridge taillights and custom stereo system. The Jeep comes with a complete Build Sheet that shows all of the upgrades totaling over $70,000 in custom work on a Jeep with 1,500 actual miles. Built by the best in the business KAO Autostyling.
