Jeep Wrangler Custom SUV, 2008

This Jeep was designed and built for Toyo Tires as a display vehicle to show off their huge Mud Terrain tires at shows and events around the country. This custom build started with a 100,000 actual-mile Jeep that was completely refurbished to bring it to the level it is today. Toyo Tires and several other manufacturers were involved in the build of this Jeep to showcase their new and one-of-a-kind products. KAO Autostyling was contracted to build the Jeep for Toyo, and everything was done by a team of professional restylers with great attention to detail. An 8' Rubicon Express Long arm suspension lift has been installed using Bilstein Performance series adjustable shocks on all four corners.

A dual shock front-steering stabilizer was installed using two Fox gas shocks. Front Poison Spyder flat-panel fender flares and rear XRC steel fenders have been installed for more wheel and tire clearance, accommodating the 20x12' Desert Series custom forged-aluminum wheels with Toyo Mud Terrain tires. New gears by G2 have been installed, along with fluted aluminum differential covers front and rear. The original seats have been custom-wrapped in ebony black Katzkin leather with red diamond-stitched inserts.

Exterior features include Aries off-road Rock Crawler series alloy front bumper with integrated LED, Aries off-road rear bumper with interchangeable corners, top-of-the-line Warn winch, X-Metal custom mesh grille and Gibson performance dual exhaust system. This JK also features thousands of dollars' worth of Rigid Industries high-powered LED lights, custom headlights with ultra-white LED and custom LED taillights as well. It has custom-built Rock Sliders that have been custom-coated to match the Hard Rock accessories and have an integrated step to help climb into the Jeep. The Jeep comes with both the custom cage doors, and a set of factory hard doors and factory top.

This Jeep also features the Terminator-series hood bar and axe as seen on the Terminator-movie Jeep.
