This lovely 1965 Ford Galaxie Fastback 500 epitomises the true-meaning of American Muscle car ownership. By sheer size alone the value that this car offers is unbeaten by anything else on the road today. The two-door pillarless coupe body style gives real presence to the elongated lines of this motorcar and the striking colour combination makes this a genuine head-turner.

Imported from California in 2009, it was first registered in the UK in June of the same year. Originally a State of California Certificate of Title Black Plate Car, it has recently had a new transmission that was rebuilt in June 2013. A brand-new custom made stainless steel exhaust system was also fitted in July of this year and since this time a 4-barrel Holly Carb has been fitted and professionally tuned giving the 6.4litre V8 real potency. A new front suspension kit was fitted in July, also added were the replacement brakes from 2010, all this combines to give the new owner confidence in the usability of this American classic.

This wonderful Galaxie is fitted with 5-spoke US Rallye Wheels, but is sold with original wheels and fitted tyres, plus Ford dog-bowl hub caps. There is an extensive history file which accompanies this car, itself a good all-round solid rust-free car with Waxoyled chassis, no rust, and bright chrome work.
