The 812 Competizione’s race-bred 65-degree V-12 engine produces 819 HP and revs to an astonishing 9,500 RPM, both the highest figures of any roadgoing, naturally aspirated Ferrari engine to its time.
A comprehensive array of technical advancements maximizes the V-12’s towering output, including a 7-speed dual-clutch F1 automatic gearbox and an E-Diff electronic differential with Side-angle Slip Control (SSC) 7.0, which works in concert with PCV (Passo Corto Virtuale, or Virtual Short Wheelbase) 3.0 and F1-Trac traction control to enhance the car’s already astounding cornering and stability characteristics. The Competizione’s Pirelli P-Zero tires on Satin Black alloy wheels and carbon ceramic CCM4 disc brakes with red-painted calipers complete the direct connection between driver and road.
