Rob and Cindy French had been in the custom go-fast truck scene for well over 20 years, but just about always involving Chevrolets. They decided to take on this Dodge Ram project to do something different and went ape wild doing it. It started with some mild lowering, but soon progressed into a Pro-Street pickup modified by Westbury Hot Rods of Northern California, and painted by the furious fanatics over at Fuhrer's Paint Workz. The unique PPG paint scheme was designed and applied, turning the truck into an optical delight. They then beefed the 5.9 Liter powerplant up with a Mopar High-Performance cam and considerable amount of headwork by Paul's Machine Shop.

A custom 16 gallon poly fuel cell was then added, ring and pinion gears upgraded to 4.88:1 for better launching capabilities and the factory computer was erased and reprogrammed with a new unit from Mopar Performance. A million-mile K&N Billet-Style air cleaner was bolted to the top of the engine and the stainless steel Flowmaster exhaust system was routed through the custom frame to maximize efficiency. Custom Boyd Performance wheels along with Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires were then installed. The finishing touch was a custom-designed beautiful two tone grey leather interior and custom carpeted bed insert with Ram logo embossed into it.

This CARFAX certified truck has just 28,181 original miles. Never wrecked, never smoked in, always garaged. Comes with all original manuals, original factory Window Sticker and a copy of the TRUCKIN' magazine that it was featured in from September 1998. Standard features include automatic transmission, air conditioning, pwer seering, pwer wndows, tlt, cuise, anti-lock brakes, power seat, sliding rear window, intermittent wipers, driver's airbag and more. The overall build quality of this truck is simply exquisite. Just passed Nevada state smog inspection on August 6, 2012. Street legal.
