Celebrating the stunning market successes of the modern Challenger and Charger model lines, Dodge announced the upcoming end of its production of the seven-model, limited-production Last Call series. The Charger and Challenger Swinger were the third and fourth in the series, recalling the looks, colors and fun, flower-power identity dating back to the high-performance 1969 Dart Swinger. As with the prior Last Call Challenger Shakedown and Charger Super Bee, both Swingers were offered only as Scat Pack versions with special-edition paint, graphics and options.
All were built in the Widebody style with colors including F8 Green, Sublime Green or White Knuckle paint finishes, plus gold accents and green stitching to the seats, dash, center console and steering wheel. Other eye-catching touches include “Gold School” exterior badges and a retro graphic on the rear fender. Powering both Swingers is the formidable 6.4L/485 HP V-8.
